My Gift of Mikvah is a program of Mikvah USA, a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization founded in 2004.

Our mission is to make the mitzvah of mikvah accessible, welcoming and understandable to Jewish families — including families encountering it for the first time — through free one-on-one mentorship, educator training and community education.

What we do

• My Mikvah Mentor. We match families with an experienced mikvah mentor for one-on-one learning by phone, Zoom or in person, free of charge.
• Educator training. Our ten-week teacher training course prepares educators to present the mitzvah of mikvah to those learning about it for the first time.
• Community events and speakers. We partner with organizations across North America to host live and virtual events, and help sponsor them.
• Education library. A Taste of Mikvah video series, articles and FAQs, freely available to all.

Who we serve

We work with Jewish families across the United States and Canada. Our mentoring and educational programs are provided at no cost.
